Sufferfest for Charity!

Old habits die hard, so if you checked for an update on Wednesday... I guess we're both lucky. Nothing new from my end (except work on my Crow pose) but nonetheless I felt it was important to share this with you all.

I had spoke about wanting to do the Sufferfest Knighthood challenge a while back, and while that is not possible in my current situation, Joe Peeden (local triathlete badass) will be undertaking the challenge for a great cause. If you are local, go check it out in person, but regardless if you can help donate to a good cause, do it!
